AND RECEIVE $10. OFF YOUR NEXT ASTROLOGICAL HAPPY NEW YEAR 2010! ASTROLOGICALLY SPEAKING, 2010 is going to be a "rockin"
year astrologically! We begin the year with
Mercury retrograde in pragmatic and realistic Capricorn and Mars
retrograde in creative and dramatic Leo. Both retrograde
cycles suggest that we are in a serious review and revise
mood impacting both our ability to communicate efficiently and
effectively, as well as our ability to express our energy and
drive with clear focus and clear motivation. Some upcoming highlights this year are Jupiter
entering Pisces this month. Jupiter will enter Aries in
early June and then re-enter Pisces in early September.
URANUS WILL ENTER BOLD AND
INDEPENDNET ARIES ON MAY 27 (will re-enter Pisces in August before it's long transit through Aries), and
Jupiter and Uranus will be aligning together in early June and mid
September. Jupiter will also oppose Saturn and
square Pluto in May and July, respectively. The
Saturn-Pluto square will be in effect through August 2010. Saturn will
oppose Uranus (status quo versus liberating change) once again in
April and July, and Uranus will form a non-exact square to Pluto in July
(explosive and inevitable change). Uranus is symbolic of
revolutionary change, and it's entry into bold, impulsive and courageous
Aries is sure to bring major and dramatic changes on the world stage.
With Jupiter, the planet of luck and opportunity joining Uranus, we can
expect some exciting and inventive developments in areas of technology,
science, medicine, metaphysics and more. We can expect world wide
developments that are brilliant and bold, as well as chaotic and
disruptive. It's all part of an inevitable and grand cosmic plan
to initiate us into a future where enterprising hopes and dreams
can become a reality. There are sure to be growing pains along the
way. What are your hopes and dreams for 2010? This is
the year to use our imaginations and be rewarded for both our creative ideas
and our intuition with Jupiter entering mystical Pisces. Mercury, the planet which rules over all
communication and transport matters, continues its retrograde (review) cycle
through January 15, when it will station direct in Capricorn. During
the first two weeks of January, it is wise to reconsider or review any ideas,
plans or concerns of a Capricorn nature such as business management,
employment, real estate, finances, achievement potential, dealings with authority
figures and traditional or established methods of operation. Capricorn
symbolizes boundaries, perseverance, realism, pragmatism, patience and
ambition. As an earth sign, Capricorn is grounded, reliable and goal
oriented at its best. We must ask ourselves, "Where in our lives
are we ready to mature or revise our plans to maximize our wise, inner
sage?" "What practical steps can we take to turn a
dream into a concrete reality (Capricorn)?" "Are our
mind sets (Mercury) aligned with thoughts of success or thoughts of
lack?" Transiting Sun and Mercury retrograde in Capricorn
will conjoin Venus during the first week of January, aligning and
highlighting our collective life force with established values, ambition,
love and money. Many of us will be reuniting, reviewing or
reconsidering ideas, concepts and/or relationships with a persistent or
practical approach. Saturn
in Libra stations retrograde on January 13, 2010 through May 30, 2010.
Saturn represents discipline and exacting responsibility and Libra represents
relationship, relating, mediation, diplomacy, fairness and
tact. A retrograde cycle suggests it's time to internally adjust our
priorities, make needed sacrifices and tackle unfinished or
unresolved problems or concerns around relationships...Whether it's the
relationship we have with ourselves, our families, our friends or
the world at large. A
NEW MOON SOLAR ECLIPSE OCCURS ON JANUARY 15 AT 2:12 AM (EST) AT 25 DEGREES OF
CAPRICORN. Solar Eclipses are extremely potent New Moons, when
a cosmic portal opens up and floods the collective with energies
facilitating either major new beginnings or
sudden, rapid endings. Capricorn is the archetype of
the father, mentor, authority figure and wise, old master of wisdom or
sage. This New Moon Eclipse closely conjoins the love and
attraction planet Venus, aligning auspicious new beginnings with
desire, creativity and attraction. Capricorn asks us to be
impeccable with our word and deed. Venus blesses us with beauty
and peace. MERCURY
STATIONING DIRECT during this Solar Eclipse suggests a readiness
to move forward with enhanced clarity and understanding. As Mercury
stations direct, it will conjoin Pluto and square Saturn- a serious,
methodical approach may be engaged as we address any perceived limitations or
obstacles to any emerging new plans. Ultimately, we move forward with
intent, focus and unwavering commitment. JUPITER
ENTERS PISCES ON JANUARY 17 - THROUGH JANUARY 22, 2011
(will enter Aries and re-enter Pisces later this year). Personally
speaking, I feel very comfortable discussing this combination as I was born
with Jupiter in Pisces. Jupiter represents luck, abundance, reward and
opportunity. It spends approximately one year in each sign as it
travels through the 12 zodiac signs (12 year cycle). Pisces
symbolizes faith, trust, innocence, intuition, imagination, mysticism and
compassion. When prosperity aligns with faith and imagination, anything
is possible! We can succeed beyond our wildest dreams. 2010 is
the year to fully engage our imaginations, dream our fondest dreams, and
watch for signs and synchronicities confirming we are on the right
path. 2010 is the year to find joy in areas such as art,
creativity, selfless service, music and the intuitive, healing
arts. Pisces, this is your year for a sweet reward for keeping the
faith in uncertain times! Venus and the Sun enter Aquarius on January 18-19,
which is a wonderful time for romance for many Aquarian individuals,
especially those born in mid January as they will experience this aspect
in their Solar Return birthday charts. This is an influence
that will be in effect for a full year. Aquarius is
ruled by inventive and wildly independent Uranus. On a broader scope,
with Venus and Sun traveling together in Aquarius, the collective is tuned
into finding ingenious solutions to old problems. Aquarius individuals
are true humanitarians and not afraid to "rock the boat" and
introduce concepts or ideas way ahead of their time. On January 26-29, the Venus and Sun will next oppose
retrograde Mars, igniting some passionate outbursts, accidents or
disagreements. An opposition calls for a give and take approach to help
balance two extreme polarities. We may witness heightened expressions
of love and passion or destabilizing, temperamental
eruptions. It is wise to handle conflicts with calm deliberation at
this time and not make hasty movements or decisions which we may regret
later. Watch for the FULL
MOON ON JANUARY 30 AT 1:19 AM (EST) AT 10 DEGRESS OF LEO. This Full Moon conjoins warrior Mars in Leo,
highlighting the opposition between Mars and Venus as discussed
above. Leo is romantic, playful and passionate at its best, however,
can also be quite stubborn, arrogant or dominating when unhappy. A
Moon-Mars alignment suggests energized moods and a heightened need to take
action as emotions are fueling willpower. Full Moons
facilitate illumination and awareness and are excellent times for release and
healing work. Due to the continued Mars retrograde cycle, our awareness
may be pondering over issues from the past as we delve deeper into our
subconscious motivations which have brought us to this important culmination
point in our lives. Last, but far from least, SATURN IN LIBRA SQUARES PLUTO IN CAPRICORN ON JANUARY 31 (in
effect all year- first square was in November 2009 and last square will be in
August 2010). This Saturn-Pluto cycle originated in 1982-83,
reached an opposition aspect in 2001-02 and is now waning and forming a
closing square in 2009-10. This aspect is challenging many of us to
confront and tackle limitations or obstacles head on. If there are
hardships or severe circumstances, we are being asked to evolve, grow and
mature into wise beings that emerge from struggle with compassion, soulful
understanding and grace. We are challenged to rely on our inner
strength, which is a limitless and eternal source of support which no
tragedy, pain or struggle can take away. On the world stage, change is inevitable and timely
this year. As old patterns and beliefs fade away, we can choose to
embrace hope and faith instead of fear and lack, no matter what is happening
around us. In 2010, live in the present moment with courage and
love. Wishing all abundant love, health, inner
peace and prosperity in the New Year, Carol Bellis 508-728-4680 MENTION THIS FORECAST
